AMARI PROPERTY CO ATTENDS NOBU GROUNDBREAKING EVENT
Manchester’s skyline took another major step forward today as the groundbreaking ceremony for Nobu Viadux 2 officially took place, with Amari Property Co proud to attend alongside development partners, Salboy.
Set to become the tallest tower in the Manchester skyline — as well as the tallest building in the UK outside of London — the iconic 76-storey development marks a defining moment in the city’s continued transformation into a global destination for luxury living and hospitality.
The landmark scheme will feature 160 luxury Nobu hotel rooms alongside 452 branded Nobu residences, representing the internationally renowned brand’s first residential offering in the United Kingdom. Combining world-class hospitality, striking architectural design, and exceptional lifestyle amenities, the project is expected to set a new benchmark for city-centre living in Manchester.
